Refund and cancellation policy

In short
Linksy costs $6 plus any local tax, paid once when you first publish your page. All payments are final. Once you've paid, we don't give refunds. It isn't a subscription, so we never charge you again.
See everything before you pay
You can make an account, build your whole page and see it in the preview before you pay anything. You only pay when you choose to put your page live, and it goes live the moment you do. That's why the payment can't be refunded afterwards.
No refunds
Once your payment has gone through, we don't refund it if you:
- change your mind;
- stop using Linksy, or unpublish your page;
- delete your account; or
- don't use some of the features.
The only exceptions
We'll refund a payment only if:
- you were charged twice, or charged by mistake; or
- the law where you live requires it.
If one of these applies, email ritikagotwal@gmail.com from the email address you use for Linksy, with your username and the payment number from your receipt. We usually reply within 2 business days. Refunds are made by Dodo Payments, which sells Linksy to you as our reseller, back to the card or account you paid with. Depending on your bank, it can take 3 to 15 business days to show up.
Cancelling
There's nothing to cancel. Linksy is a one-time payment, so we never charge you again. You can take your page offline whenever you like with the Unpublish button on your dashboard.
Refunds and chargebacks end your access
If something looks wrong with a payment, please email us before you go to your bank. We can usually sort it out faster.
If a payment is refunded, your lifetime access ends and your page goes offline. If it's disputed with your bank, your page goes offline while the bank looks into it. Your account and what you built are kept either way, so you can pay again to put your page back.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. A change never applies to a payment made before it.
