Terms of service
Last updated 10 October 2026
The agreement
These terms apply when you use Linksy, whether you make a page or just visit one. By using it, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13, or the minimum age where you live.
- Give a real email address, and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Your page and what you put on it
What you add to your page stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to anyone who opens your page, which is what the service is for. That permission ends when you delete it.
Your page is public. Only add things you have the right to share.
What isn't allowed
You may not use Linksy to:
- trick people into giving away passwords, money or personal details;
- link to malware or anything that harms a visitor's device;
- send spam;
- pretend to be a person or brand you are not;
- share sexual content, or anything illegal where you or your visitors are;
- use someone else's work, name or trademark without permission;
- overload, break into, or get around the limits of the service.
Anyone can report a page using the link at the bottom of it. We may remove content, take back a username, or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may do it without warning when people are at risk.
Usernames
Usernames are first come, first served. Some are reserved, and we may take back one that impersonates someone or infringes their rights. If you change your username, your old address stops working and someone else can claim it.
The service
Linksy costs $6 plus any local tax (such as GST in India), paid once when you first publish your page (making an account and building your page come first). That gives your account access for as long as we run Linksy, with no monthly fee. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, which sells Linksy to you as our reseller. Accounts made before we started charging keep their access without paying. Payments are final: once you've paid, we don't give refunds, except where the law requires it or you were charged by mistake. See our refund policy. We are always working on it, so features may change, and we may stop offering some of them. We try hard to keep it running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost income or lost followers, that come from using or not being able to use Linksy.
Leaving
You can stop using Linksy at any time. To have your account and everything in it deleted, email ritikagotwal@gmail.com. How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Using Linksy after a change means you accept the new terms.
